Mass Schedule
Mass is celebrated at the following times during the week:
- Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- Daily Monday through Friday mornings at 7:00 a.m.
- Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday morning: at 8:00 a.m.
- Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. (anticipatory)
Holy Day masses are celebrated at 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. When school is in session, mass is also celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on the Holy Day. A Holy Day vigil mass is celebrated at 5:30 p.m. on the evening before the Holy Day.
Visitations
Our clergy make daily visitations to Pekin Hospital and weekly visitations to Pekin nursing homes to offer Holy Communion and to hear Confessions. Extraordinary Ministers also make scheduled visits to nursing homes, shut-ins and the home bound to offer Holy Communion, comfort and prayers. Sacrament of Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered several times a week in the Church, or you may call the Rectory (347-6108) to schedule an apointment. Here's the weekly schedule...
- Monday: 6:10-6:45 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00-6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30-8:15 a.m. (during Holy Hour)
- Saturday: 8:40-9:15 a.m. (during Holy Hour)
- Saturday: 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Sacrament of Baptism
Baptisms are held on Sundays, intermittently throughout the year. Attendance at a Baptism Preparation Class is required before the Baptism of a family's first child. Call the Parish Center (347-6108, ext. 210) to register for the class and to discover when the next Baptism class is scheduled.
Sacrament of Matrimony
Arrangements to receive the Sacrament should be made personally by the bride and groom at least eight months before your desired wedding date. A Pre-Cana Program, Sexuality Workshop and FOCCUS are required. Call the Parish Center (347-6108, ext. 210) for information about available wedding dates and the required programs.
