Please use the message form below to join our email Prayer List or to request prayers for yourself or someone you know. All fields are required.

If you're requesting prayers, we don't need to know your last name, but we would like to know your first name.

If you don't want us to mention your name at all when we send out the prayer intentions, just tell us so in your Message and we'll list your intention anonymously.

We do need to know your email address, but will never reveal it to anyone else. We'll only use it to respond to your request (or to send you weekly Prayer List mailings if you've asked to join the Prayer Warriors).

All the information you include will be held in strictest confidence and will never be revealed to anyone for any reason.
